Otunba Ajibola Ogundipe ( Managing Partner & Chief Operating Officer)
Mr. Ajibola Ogundipe has been in financial practice since 1982 having joined the Federal Inland   Revenue Service in 1982.  He left for professional practice in 1994 (Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co.) working with KPMG tax consultants. He joined Horwath Dafinone as a Manager and was elevated to the position of a Senior Manager in 2006.  He became a Partner in Horwath Dafinone in 2012 before retiring in August 2016.  He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He has vast experience in audit and financial analysis in various industries.

 

 

 

 

 

Chief Mark Anthony Chidolue Dike, B.Sc, FCTI, ACA (Executive consultant) 
Chief Mark Anthony Chidolue Dike is a seasoned tax administrator and Chartered Accountant. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from the University of Ife, (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile-Ife, in June 1979. He also holds membership of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He was the 11th President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, during his tenor he also doubled as the Vice President of the West African Union of Tax Institutes (WAUTI) until 10th April, 2015 when he became the President of the same body.
He has served in various capacities both within the Federal Inland Revenue Service and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria as well as other organisations.
Chief Dike has a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in the Federal Inland Revenue Service, covering core tax operations, tax investigations, oil and gas as well as tax policy. He was a member of the Sub Committee on Transfer Pricing of the United Nations Experts Committee on International Cooperation in Tax Matters. He was also the secretary of the Prof Dotun Phillips led study group on Review of the Nigerian Tax System.

 

Dr. Funlola Ologunde (Director, Process Management and Quality Control)
Funlola is a seasoned and versatile professional with a unique combination of experience as a researcher, trainer, consultant and human resources generalist and practitioner.  Her experiences have been gathered in academics, consulting, business and human services spanning many industrial sectors of the economy.  She has worked in different sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Government Parastatal, Oil Marketing, Manufacturing, Human Services, Food & Beverage and Banking.
She holds a Ph.D degree in Educational Psychology from University of Lagos with a first degree and Masters in Tests & Measurements from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife).
Her areas of specialization are in the areas of Testing & Measurements of behavior’s in different organizational settings.  She has led many successful transformation projects in medium and large scale organizations, which have relied on expert understanding of human behavior in organizations.
‘Funlola worked in University of Lagos as a Research Fellow, PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Human Resources Consultant, Omegabank as Head of Corporate Planning, First Bank as Head, Human Capital Management and as an Independent Human Resources Consultant and Behaviour Analyst and Interventionist in the United States in the last several years.  She is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and Member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), USA. She is an astute trainer.

Mr. Kola Ojutiku   (Deputy Managing Partner)

Kola is a seasoned chartered accountant and tax consultant and has acquired valuable experiences in Banking, Marine, Oil and Gas and financial & management consultancy. Kola started his working career in Unipetrol Nig.Ltd(now Oando Plc) in 1986 as an Assistant Accountant with responsibility for receivables and cash management. He worked in Universal Trust Bank(now Union Bank) as a Senior officer in the Domestic Operations department/Head Treasury Operations unit. He also worked in Devcom Merchant Bank(now Sterling Bank) as an Assistant Manager in charge of Treasury Operations(1992) and the Group Head,Financial & Internal Control (1995). In 1996 he joined ABB Vetco Gray, an international oil service company as Commercial Manager. In 1999, he was promoted to the position of Financial Controller/Chief Finance Officer of the company. He started DPSL Consulting(2004) and has handled several jobs in the area of systems design and installation, due diligence, taxation, executive recruiting, capacity building, and entrepreneurship. He joined the services OPS a year ago as the Deputy Managing Partner. Kola  is a 1985 graduate of Banking and Finance with over 35 years cognate working experience.  He holds professional certifications of the Chartered Institute of Bankers(ACIB)-1987:Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ACA)-1990;Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(ACTI)-2004;Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(2013):Certified Forensic Accountants Association of Nigeria(CFAN)-2017. Kola also has an MBA from the University of Cumbria, England, United Kingdom(2016).

He is a member of the UK-based Institute for Leadership & Sustainability.

Kola sits on the Board of five organizations and is widely travelled.

Mr. Marcellinios Oyasor (Manager)
Mr. Marcel holds an HND in Banking and Finance from the Lagos State polytechnic and also an associate member of the chartered institute of taxation. He has over 15 years tax experience acquiring expertise in the resolution of critical issues arising from the audit and investigation as a tax consultant with the firm of Horwath Dafinone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ajibaye Aisha Abiodun (I.T/ Data Analyst)

Abiodun is an oriented and motivated system analyst and facilitator with over 12 years of relevant industry experience acquiring professional expertise in developing and implementing interactive websites, Data Validation, Presentation, Software administration and Data communication. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Lagos State University and National Open University respectively. Abiodun holds a professional certification from Toastmaster International as a competent communicator. She is a member of Professional Women Engineers(APWEN).
